Good Afternoon and Blessings
This is another good day with a soft gentle breeze blowing through the trees. It brings to mind a poem by the German author Goethe, Über allen Gipfeln.
If I recall correctly, I believe my German professor translated it like this:
Over all the mountain tops
There is calm
In all the tree tops
You hear hardly a wisp of air
The birds silent in the trees
But wait, you too
Will soon be at peace.
I hope you are finding some calm and peace during these challenging days. I plan to try making bread again. For me, the kneading part is calming

Prayer Of The Day
Creating Creator
You heal the earth and through your Spirit, breathe life into being.
May we focus on the new growth brought forward by this season of Spring.
May we find glimpses of the positive in a time of worldly apprehension.
When there is conflict in our heart and mind, bring resolution.
Help us find calm and peace through Christ we pray.
