Giving Us Strength

Good Afternoon and Blessings

I would say “May the fourth be with you” for all the Star Wars fans but I won’t because not all will understand the reference.

Well, we managed to get through another week without being in contact with familiar faces. We are reminded that this is for the good of all in our community and we are managing very well.

I spoke with Haedy Mason today and she expressed her gratefulness to her community for prayers and love that you send her way. We will continue to pray for Haedy and Ed as they courageously face these challenging days.

Keep safe, Keep connected.

Blessings and the strength of Love be with you.

Romans 8:23-25  (ERV)

Not only the world, but we also have been waiting with pain inside us. We have the Spirit as the first part of God’s promise. So we are waiting for God to finish making us children of God. I mean we are waiting for our bodies to be made free.  We were saved to have this hope. If we can see what we are waiting for, that is not really hope. People don’t hope for something they already have.  But we are hoping for something we don’t have yet, and we are waiting for it patiently.

Prayer Of The Day

Creating Spirit

We understand that sometimes it is difficult to find patience and these are testing times for our endurance. And we ask, how long must we wait for a conclusion to this isolation?

In you we place our hope for a healing recovery that benefits us all.

We know that with faith and Love in our hearts, we will persevere.

We have each other, and with you within our soul we are comforted in our waiting.

Remain with us; giving us strength and loving-kindness to share. With your healing power, we ask that you embrace those who are need of mental and physical health.

We pray this in the name of the One who showed us true love. Amen
