Wednesdays at 6:30pm starting March 11th
These meditation workshops open participants to fresh vistas of life and self. They use breathing techniques, imagination, stretches of body and stretches of mind. Also allegories, mythologies and archetypes. They are participatory, joyful and open up possibilities for fresh choices in life.

Join us Saturday, February 15th, 2020 at 4pm on a spiritual journey through jazz at our Harmony Vespers event. Everyone is welcome to enjoy The Jazzmen featuring Hannah and Sarah Schweitzer. Admission by donation.
The exercise uses blankets to represent the lands of what is now called Canada, and the distinct cultures and nations which live on those lands to this day. Participants represent the First Peoples; when they move onto the blankets, they are taken back in time to the arrival of the Europeans. The Narrator and facilitators will work with the participants to read a script while the exercise goes through the history of treaty-making, colonization and resistance that resulted in the nation we today call Canada.

The event was attended by well over 200 people who met at City Hall and marched along Marine Ave to Willingdon Beach, where a vigil was held.
Everyone is welcome to join us this Father’s Day at Willingdon Beach starting at 10:30am for a special service, followed by a Family BBQ and Picnic starting at 11:45am. Hope to see you there!
