Good Day and Blessings for the New Year
Happy New Year to You!
May 2022 be a year of thanksgiving, good health,
happiness, prosperity, generosity and fulfillment.
Last week, on a beautiful sunny day, as my daughter and I drove in the fresh snow that covered the trees and ground, we noticed incredible sparkles reflected in the snow everywhere around us.
For a few moments we both experienced a mesmerizing magic that suspended time and transported us into the dazzling, spectacular mystery and beauty of life.
Then within a few days, the glistening whiteness began to melt and mostly disappear, except for all the dirty mounds along the sides of the roads.
This reminded me of how quickly everything in life can change, and how everything in life is subject to duality.
What I have learned about God however, is that God transcends the dualities of life. God is beyond both birth and death, heaven and hell, and creation and destruction.
What I have learned, is that it’s my job to see God equally in everything.

Beloved, we love God because he first loved us. If anyone says, “I love God,” but hates his brother, he is a liar; for whoever does not love a brother whom he has seen cannot love God whom he has not seen.
This is the commandment we have from him: Whoever loves God must also love his brother.
Everyone who believes that Jesus is the Christ is begotten by God,
and everyone who loves the Father loves also the one begotten by him. In this way we know that we love the children of God when we love God and obey his commandments. For the love of God is this,
that we keep his commandments. And his commandments are not burdensome, for whoever is begotten by God conquers the world. And the victory that conquers the world is our faith.
In My Soul

In my soul there is a temple, a shrine, a mosque, a church where I kneel.
Prayer should bring us to an altar where no walls or names exist.
Is there not a region of love where the sovereignty is illumined nothing, where ecstasy gets poured into itself and becomes lost, where the wing is fully alive but has no mind or body?
In my soul there is a temple, a shrine, a mosque, a church that dissolve, that dissolve in God.
