Daily Message and Prayer from Rev. Mary White
Good Afternoon and Blessings
I have often said that no one gets through this life journey without having to face challenges along the way. This is how we learn to cope. And this is how we know the difference between opposing negative and positive experiences.
Sometimes I would spend too much time holding onto situations that I could do nothing about.
Along my life path, I came to the realization that I had choices. I could spend wasted time clinging to circumstances beyond my control or I could analyse situations and determine which ones I had no control over and needed to be handed on to my Higher Power. This strategy has given me the advantage to calmly cope with whatever lessons I need to learn.
I wonder what your coping story is.?
Keep safe, Keep connected.
Blessings and the strength of Love be with you.

God Gets the Last Word
Keep a cool head. Stay alert. The beast is poised to pounce and would like nothing better than to catch you napping. Keep your guard up. You’re not the only ones plunged into these hard times. It’s the same with Christians all over the world. So, keep a firm grip on the faith. The suffering won’t last forever. It won’t be long before this generous God who has great plans for us in Christ—eternal and glorious plans they are!—will have you put together and on your feet for good. God gets the last word; yes, God does.
Prayer Of The Day
Protector of Souls
We have been plunged into hard times and we are blessed to know that with and within each one of us You are there. You know our every thought, our every feeling. Bless us now with the power and strength to get through, to firmly grip our faith and to envision an end to our, each individual, experience. Help us to visualize a new way to be church, to serve with Love.
We pray this within the arms of your embrace.
Amen.
